Greek Sneek and CRUSH to Dive into Father’s Day
Celebrations with Seafood and Cocktails
Greek Sneek and CRUSH, Morton Group’s neighboring restaurants at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will honor dads this Father’s Day with a featured dish and cocktail, available from Friday, June 14 to Sunday, June 16.
Prepared by Executive Chef William Demarco, Greek Sneek will offer a special seafood dish throughout the weekend, Lula’s Crispy Barramundi, served with sunchokes, roasted heirloom cauliflower and Marcona almonds, priced at $36. The entree may be paired with Greek Sneek’s wide selection of Greek wines, beers and ouzos.
CRUSH also will serve a Smoked Maple Manhattan with Knob Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon, dry vermouth and orange bitters, priced at $18.
Greek Sneek’s and CRUSH’s full menus of signature dishes also will be available, including Greek Sneek’s rack of lamb, with braised kale, cherry tomatoes and mint, priced at $42; and CRUSH’s 12-ounce charred New York sirloin with buttered mashed potatoes and au poivre sauce, priced at $42.
