Mr. Lucky’s Café and Pink Taco unveil guilt-free appetizer, entrée and dessert items
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas allows guests to eat guilt-free with the launch of its healthy menus at Mr. Lucky’s Café and Pink Taco. The nutritious menus feature gluten-free, low-calorie, vegetarian and vegan options for patrons looking to enjoy a healthy yet delicious meal.
The 24-hour diner Mr. Lucky’s Café offers an array of options with its “On the Light Side” list of fare. Start off with the low-calorie Mediterranean Kale Salad ($8.99), made with grilled chicken breast, roasted red peppers, chickpeas, grilled pita and tossed in lemon-thyme vinaigrette. Next, enjoy a hearty yet healthy Gluten-Free Pasta Carbonara dish ($11.99), complete with lean ham, green peas, fat-free milk, poached egg and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. As a special treat, diners can delve into a vegan Tropical Parfait ($5.99), mixed with spiced coconut rice pudding, mango compote, tropical fruit relish and coconut macaroons. The parfait contains high levels of vitamin C and protein to help promote a healthier lifestyle. Mr. Lucky’s Café is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Patrons of the mega-hip Mexican cantina Pink Taco are now able enjoy their favorite south-of-the-border dishes without the added bulk. Dig into the gluten-free Garden Fajitas ($12), made with mixed vegetables, steamed brown rice, avocado, Pink Taco salsa and served with crisp green cabbage, or the low-calorie Mexican Turkey Chopped Salad (half size for $7), complete with romaine lettuce, roasted turkey, fresh tomatoes, red onions, apples, hominy, roasted red peppers, pepitas, tortilla strips and tossed in a cumin vinaigrette. For an entrée, take a bite of the vegan Avocado Tacos ($12), three wheat tortillas topped with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and mixed green salad. To finish off the meal, dessert lovers can treat themselves to delicious Fruit Popsicles ($6). The frozen pop comes in strawberry basil, kiwi-lime cilantro and pineapple chipotle, and are each high in vitamin C, A, and manganese. Pink Taco is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to late night Friday and Saturday.
