UFC 170: ROUSEY VS. MCMANN
In what could prove to be her toughest challenge yet, UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey (8-0) squares off against undefeated wrestling sensation Sara McMann (7-0) in a battle of Olympic medalists at UFC 170 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center Saturday, Feb. 22. Rousey, a bronze medal winner in Judo at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, will take on McMann, who comes in as the most-decorated wrestler in the weight class having also earned Olympic silver at the 2004 games in Athens in free-style wrestling.

Seven-time GRAMMY Award-winning trio Lady Antebellum will bring its Take Me Downtown Tour 2014 to the Mandalay Bay Events Center Friday, March 21. In 2012, the trio hosted more than one million fans across the globe in 11 countries on its first headlining world tour. This earned them Billboard Touring’s “Breakthrough Award,” Country Music Association’s (CMA) “International Artists Achievement Award” and they will accept the “Jim Reeves International Award” at the upcoming Academy of Country Music (ACM) Honors. Journey and Steve Miller Band, two of the iconic groups that helped define the “San Francisco Sound,” will perform at the Mandalay Bay Events Center Friday, Aug. 1. Journey has sold more than 80 million albums worldwide and has earned 19 Top 40 singles and 25 gold, platinum and multi-platinum albums since it started in 1973. The prestigious Legend of Live Award was presented to the group at the 2011 Billboard Touring Awards to honor the band’s contributions to live music and the touring business and to acknowledge their commitment to fans and the art of performing live.
