Grateful guests may start their holiday feast with starters made with comforting, seasonal ingredients such as Heirloom Baby Beets with coffee vinaigrette, Ibérico ham, pomegranate and Bayley Hazen blue cheese at Sage at ARIA. STRIPSTEAK at Mandalay Bay will offer Graffiti Cauliflower Salad featuring Tuscan kale, dried cranberries, pomegranate and ginger vinaigrette. At TENDER Steak & Seafood at Luxor, guests can honor the harvest with Pumpkin and Fuji Apple Soup made with roasted pumpkins and apples, apple cider and cream reduction. Guests can indulge in a different type of seasonal splendor with Lobster Bisque served with dill crème fraiche and mini croutons at Nine Fine Irishmen at New York-New York.
Hearty main courses will surely fulfill guests’ appetites during their fall feast. Della’s Kitchen at Delano will serve Plentiful Poutine made with sweet potato fries, house-smoked turkey, smoked mozzarella, sage turkey gravy and candied, sun-dried cranberries. Guests can feast on Mary’s Crispy Fried Turkey at Portofino at The Mirage which includes savory Italian sausage, panettone pudding, turkey gravy, thyme & lemon blue lake green beans and whipped heirloom potatoes. Traditional turkey and trimmings will be served at The Steak House at Circus Circus and The Steakhouse at Camelot at Excalibur including oven roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, cranberry sauce and more. The Pub at Monte Carlo will give thanks with Herb-crusted Prime Rib served with red wine au jus, garlic and horseradish au gratin potatoes and roasted carrots.
Delightful desserts place a festive finishing touch on any Thanksgiving meal. Spiced Pumpkin Mousse with cranberries, pecan pralines and bourbon ice cream will be served at Prime Steakhouse at Bellagio. Pantry at The Mirage will put a spin on a classic with its pumpkin pie served in a mason jar. Guests can indulge at Tom Colicchio’s Crafsteak at MGM Grand with the Sweet Potato Cheesecake complemented with vanilla bourbon anglaise and caramelized pecans.
