UNLV SOCCER HOSTS COLORADO RAPIDS FEB. 13 TO KICK OFF SPRING SCHEDULE
Rebels announce men’s and women’s spring schedules
The UNLV men’s and women’s soccer teams have announced their 2015 spring schedules, which begin next week as the Rebel men will host MLS squad Colorado Rapids on Friday, Feb. 13 at 12 pm at Peter Johann Memorial Field. All home games during the spring season for the men and women are free admission.
That is the first of three confirmed home dates for the UNLV men this spring. The Rebels will also host Yavapai on Sunda, Feb. 22 at 5 pm. The final scheduled game is on Saturday, April 11 at 10 am against UC Irvine and at 2 pm against Cal State San Bernardino.
UNLV women meanwhile will have its first game of the spring on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 11 am against Southern Utah and Arizona State at 2 pm. That is the first of four straight weekends of home games for the team.
In March, the Rebels will face BYU (March 7), Weber State (March 14), Cal State Northridge (March 21) and Utah Valley (March 21). UNLV closes out the spring with a road match at San Diego on April 18.
