The carving station will be featuring Silverton Whole Crusted Prime Rib, Juniper-Maple Smoked Salmon, Brown Sugar Glazed Ham and Roasted Turkey. The soup and salad station will be serving Brodetto Pasquale (the Roman Easter Soup), Ambrosia and Easter Eggs along with other delicious dishes. Also, enjoy fresh seafood delicacies such as Shrimp Cocktail with Fruit Salsa, Stuffed Crab, Coconut Shrimp, Trout Almondine or any one of the American, Oriental or Italian Stations.
