BORDER GRILL TO OPEN SECOND LAS VEGAS LOCATION INSIDE THE FORUM SHOPS AT CAESARS

Border Grill Chef/Owners Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger, of Bravo’s “Top Chef Masters” and Food Network’s “Too Hot Tamales,” will soon be offering their critically acclaimed, modern Mexican cuisine in a visually stunning new restaurant. Slated to open Summer 2014, this highly-anticipated location within the first level of The Forum Shops at Caesars will be Las Vegas’ second Border Grill location and the seventh in the United States (Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Truck, Stop, LAX Airport).

“We’ve been considering a second Las Vegas location for a while, keeping our eyes open for the right opportunity and we believe The Forum Shops is a fabulous fit for Border Grill,” said Mary Sue Milliken, chef/co-owner of Border Grill restaurants and Border Grill Truck. “We are thrilled to be opening with a vibrant, cutting-edge design, as well as lots of new dishes to showcase the latest and greatest ingredients we’ve discovered.”

The perfect setting for unwinding between sightseeing and shopping, guests will be treated to the same seasonal, sustainable ingredients and great service found at Border Grill’s sister locations. The restaurant will blend Border Grill classics, including the famous, award-winning Border Brunch, with a variety of fresh innovations exclusive to Border Grill at The Forum Shops.

“At Border Grill, we always strive to go above and beyond everything that we have previously created,” said Susan Feniger, chef/co-owner of Border Grill restaurants and Border Grill Truck. “We are excited to evolve the menu, searching out the best products and techniques Mary Sue and I have learned throughout our travels in Mexico and beyond.”
