Ristorante brings back three-course prix fixe menu featuring soup or salad, entrée and dessert for $27.95

 

Starting tomorrow, BRIO Tuscan Grille (BRIO) brings back its popular summer special, “The Art of Grilling,” featuring a three-course prix fixe menu starting at $27.95. The seasonal offering is available at BRIO Tivoli Village and BRIO Town Square, Sunday Saturday after 4 p.m., June 28 Aug. 28. Guests can indulge in their choice of soup or salad to start, entrée with a chef-inspired side and a dolchino dessert.

 

“We are thrilled to reintroduce ‘The Art of Grilling’ special here in Vegas,” said Kenna Warner, vice president of BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group. “It was a huge hit with guests last year, and this year we really focused on traditional Tuscan cuisine that will take guests taste buds straight to Italy.”

 

In addition to the special dishes from the grill, diners can indulge in BRIO’s new menu items, which also pay homage to authentic Tuscan flavors. Tuscan cuisine emphasizes simplistic, rustic flavors and fresh ingredients that can be used in the “Art of Grilling” offering.

 

This year’s menu selections include:

Starters

  • BRIO Chopped Salad – A freshly chopped mixed green salad with ripe tomatoes, fresh cucumber, black olives, red onion and Feta cheese drizzled in a red wine vinaigrette
  • Bistecca Insalata – Gorgonzola cheese, crispy bacon, tomatoes and creamy Parmesan dressing atop an Iceberg lettuce wedge
  • Caesar – Leafy Romaine lettuce with creamy Caesar dressing topped with Parmesan and Romano cheeses and toasted brioche croutons
  • Lobster Bisque – A generous portion of creamy soup flavored with fresh lobster and shrimp with a poached shrimp and parsley garnish (available for an additional $1)
  • Soup of the Day – A dish chosen by the chef, guests can ask their server for more information

 

Entrées

  • Beef Medallions with Black Pepper Shrimp – Tender, Gorgonzola-cheese-crusted beef medallions paired with grilled black pepper shrimp
  • New York Strip Steak – A juicy 14oz. cut served with one side
  • Tuscan Grilled Pork Chops – Bone-in and center-cut chops grilled to perfection (guests can add an additional chop for $7)
  • Chef’s Fresh Catch – A dish chosen by the chef, guests can ask their server for more information

Chef-Inspired Sides

  • Sicilian Cauliflower – Crispy cauliflower finished with pepperoncinis, pine nuts and bread crumbs
  • Fingerling Potatoes BRIO – Delectable potatoes topped with spicy chili flakes and fresh rosemary, drizzled with creamy Parmesan dressing
  • Haricot Vert with Roasted Peppers – Fresh, pan seared green beans tossed with roasted red peppers
  • Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes – A creamy blend of Yukon Gold potatoes

Desserts

  • Caramel Mascarpone Cheesecake Dolchino – Decadent, creamy cheesecake topped with Anglaise sauce and rich vanilla whipped cream
  • Crème Brûleé Dolchino – Smooth vanilla bean custard with a sweet caramelized sugar shell
  • Roasted Strawberry Shortcake – A light and delicate shortcake, topped with roasted strawberries

To complement these Italian dishes, BRIO recommends the following wine pairings: True Grit Cabernet Sauvignon and Parducci Small Lot Chardonnay available for$10.95 and $9.95 a glass, respectively.
