Brunch Isn’t Just for the Weekend at Sugar Factory

With outdoor dining overlooking the spectacular sights of the Las Vegas Strip, Sugar Factory is a premier destination for brunch allowing visitors the chance to possibly run into celebrities such as Drake, Kylie Jenner, Backstreet Boys and Pitbull. On Saturdays and Sundays, guests can enjoy the weekend tradition with bottomless mimosas or bloody marys for $25 alongside Sugar Factory’s menu of savory and sweet treats.

Signature brunch menu items include:

• Country fried chicken and waffles with buttermilk fried chicken served over two classic waffles and white cheddar maple mornay sauce and warm maple syrup with your choice of white, milk or dark chocolate sauce $25

• Grilled NY strip steak and eggs with herb marinated NY strip with two eggs your way, served with bearnaise sauce, home fries and choice of white, wheat or rye toast $22

• Nutella crepe filled with Nutella and topped with milk chocolate hazelnut crunchies, melted milk chocolate chunks and whipped cream with your choice of white, milk or dark chocolate sauce $15

• Sugar Factory eggs benedict with two poached farm fresh eggs, Canadian bacon, parmesan and grilled asparagus over scalloped potatoes topped with homemade hollandaise sauce $17

• Strawberry brioche french toast with smothered fresh mixed berries and whipped cream served with warm maple syrup $15

• Ham and cheese croissant with sliced black forest ham and aged cheddar on a toasted buttery croissant served with home fries $18
• Red velvet pancakes with three fluffy pancakes, white chocolate chunks, orange zest, whipped cream and warm maple syrup $15

Sugar Factory Las Vegas is located at the Fashion Show Mall, 3200 Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
