California Pizza Kitchen at Downtown Summerlin Introduces New Happy Hour
Guests can enjoy food and drink specials Monday – Thursday from 3-6 p.m. and 8:30-10 p.m.
As the temperatures in Las Vegas start to rise, CPK at Downtown Summerlin offers a cool new happy hour from 3-6 p.m. and 8:30-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday guests can enjoy a delicious selection of California flatbreads, small bites and drink specials.
Guests can nosh on happy pairings which include a California flatbread + draft beer for $9 or a California flatbread + glass of wine for $10. The flatbreads include the delicious Bianco, served with whipped truffle cream, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella and fresh sage, the Shaved Mushroom + Spinach, made with Cremini mushrooms, sautéed spinach and California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil with Romano and Parmesan, or the Spicy Fennel Sausage + Poblano comprised of hand-torn sausage, fresh Mozzarella, fire-roasted chilies and wild Greek oregano with spicy marinara.
There are also a variety of small bites offered for a discounted price such as the refreshing White Corn Guacamole + Chips for $5, the Asparagus + Arugula Salad for $4, the Spicy Chicken Tinga Quesdilla for $4 or the Spinach + Artichoke Dip for $7. Pair any of these mouth-watering dishes with a cold draft or bottled beer for $4 or a glass of wine for $5. Guests can also savor an array of discounted specialty cocktails during happy hour include the cooling Hand-Shaken Agave Mojito for $6 and the crisp Fresh Agave Lime Margarita. The new happy hour is available at the bar and lounge areas.
