With 750 seats and nine private dining rooms, Carmine’s is the perfect place to enjoy the festivities with loved ones.

The traditional Thanksgiving meal includes one 18-pound roasted turkey, sausage and sage stuffing with homemade cranberry sauce, Brussels sprouts flavored by caramelized onions and applewood smoked bacon, sautéed string beans complete with julienned red peppers and toasted hazelnuts, baby carrots featuring fresh dill, sweet potatoes topped by marshmallows and maple syrup and mashed potatoes with giblet gravy. For dessert guests can delight in a pumpkin, apple or pecan pie.
