POPULAR WEEKEND EVENT, CARS AND COFFEE, MOVING TO
SPEEDVEGAS, BEGINNING SATURDAY, OCT. 8

New Location to be Just 10 Minutes from “Welcome to Las Vegas” Sign

Every Saturday morning, beginning Oct. 8, hundreds of car enthusiasts will convene at SPEEDVEGAS to participate in the popular weekend pop-up attraction, Cars and Coffee. This event attracts 600 to 1,000 car aficionados, including Southern Nevada residents and tourists, to meet fellow car enthusiasts as all showcase their exotic, muscle and vintage cars. More than 250 cars are typically on display. Admission is free and the event is open to guests of all ages from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. (The track opens to the public at 10 a.m.) Full hot breakfast, a la carte items, and of course, coffee will be available for purchase.

The debut of Cars and Coffee at SPEEDVEGAS comes following a nearly 10-year engagement at its previous location near St. Rose Parkway and Eastern Avenue. Due to the event’s growing popularity, organizers sought a new location that would not only be a draw itself, but also provide ample space for continued expansion.

“SPEEDVEGAS is a brand-new, $30 million motorsports complex situated just minutes from where the event took place for years. With 10 acres and a spacious new 2-story building, we quickly determined it would be the perfect place for Cars and Coffee,” says Salomon Braun, president, Cars and Coffee. “With this new location, we expect the event to draw more crowds and cars than ever before.”

To celebrate its debut at SPEEDVEGAS, on Oct. 8, the first 10 attendees and first 10 cars owners who arrive will receive a complimentary SPEEDVEGAS experience which will include the option to drive or ride for three laps in any car of their choice. After that, all spectators and car enthusiasts who come that day will receive $20 ride along laps in any one of the available SPEEDVEGAS muscle, and drift cars. All attendees will also be entered into a special drawing throughout the Oct. 8 event to win prizes provided by Cars and Coffee and SPEEDVEGAS.

“This is a welcome opportunity to host such a gathering of car enthusiasts that both locals and tourists enjoy,” says Aaron Fessler, founder and chief executive officer, SPEEDVEGAS. “They love cars! We love cars! It’s going to be a great time and a fantastic way for car owners to display their beloved vehicles against a novel new backdrop.”
