Cabo Wabo Cantina, located on the Strip-side patio of Miracle Mile Shops inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, is offering a special shrimp cocktail appetizer in celebration of Cinco de Mayo. The dish, available from May 3 – 5, is made with fresh poached shrimp, spicy house-made cocktail sauce and garnished with fresh tomato, red onion, cilantro, and avocado. The cantina will also host patio parties all weekend long from noon – 3 a.m.
Doughp, raw edible cookie dough bar inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, is offering a Mexican twist on their signature cookie dough flavors – Nacho Mamma’s Cookie Dough. This sweet and savory delight is made with cheddar cheese powder, cayenne, white chocolate sauce, freeze dried corn, pureed avocados, and marshmallow cream. Nacho Mamma’s Cookie Dough is only available from April 30 through May 30.
