Celebrate National Burger Month with Four Daring Burgersat Comme Ça by David Myers

Throughout May, Comme Ça by David Myers at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas takes a daring approach to an American classic with weekly burger specials in honor of National Burger Month.

For the remainder of the month, guests can discover a new, weekly gourmet burger special from the always bold chefs inside the Comme Ça kitchen.

New burger creations include: the Bouillabaisse Burger made with a lobster and crab patty, tempting saffron fennel slaw and a grilled squid ink bun, and the Provençal Burger made with piperade, harissa aioli, fromage blanc and an espellette pepper bun, both available during restaurant hours from Monday, May 6 through Sunday, May 12. The Merguez Burger made with spiced lamb sausage, cucumber rhaita, vadouvan mayo and a caraway brioche bun is available during restaurant hours from Monday, May 13 through Sunday, May 19; and the Pork-a-nator made with a crispy pork cutlet, braised pork belly, head cheese, pig-brain mayo and a toasted bacon bun, is available during restaurant hours from Monday, May 20 through Friday, May 31.

All specialty burgers include the restaurant’s savory French fries and are available for $18, excluding the Bouillabaisse burger which is available for $22.
