At Sam Marvin’s Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse, Chef Marvin and his team have done away with all of those exhausted traditions and have created the hassle-free, New Year’s Eve Dinner. Simply make a reservation via the restaurant at 702-489-3525 and you are free to create the perfect personalized and custom New Year’s celebration – just the way you like it, when you want it and how you like it. No extra fees, cheap party favors and boring three course menus will be found on the Echo & Rig New Year’s Eve menu.
Instead, Marvin invites guests to simply do as they please and enjoy….have dinner with a date and head home to watch the ball drop or grab five best friends and create your own festive dinner pairing. Better yet, show up at 11:00 p.m., make new friends at the bar, have a late-night steak and countdown the clock with 300 of your closest new friends.
“I’ve never understood why anyone would want to go out on New Year’s Eve only to be given no choices or to over-pay for the same food they have on any other night,” explains Marvin. “I want Echo & Rig to be buzzing from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. We will have our entire menu available plus a couple specials, as well as a few surprises that only those that are here will know about. We are making New Year’s what it’s supposed to be – an evening out remembering the past year and welcoming a new one.”
Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse is located in Tivoli Village in Las Vegas at 440 S. Rampart Blvd. Drive-up parking is available for the Butcher Shop and free self or valet parking is available.
