CRUSH Goes Buck Wild During NFR with Steak and Spirits

 

Morton Group’s CRUSH at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will rally rodeo fans with dishes for Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR) from Thursday, Dec. 6 through Saturday, Dec. 15.

 

Corporate Executive Chef William DeMarco will prepare a 20-ounce herb buttered T-bone steak, served with shoestring potatoes, priced at $42; and 28-ounce Tomahawk ribeye, served with roasted bone marrow and jalapeño and roasted garlic chimichurri, priced at $99, sliced for two.

 

A suggested drink pairing to complement CRUSH’s specialty NFR dishes is a bourbon whiskey flight, featuring four 1-ounce pours of Knob Creek’s spirits including: Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, straight rye whiskey, single barrel reserve and smoked maple bourbon whiskey, priced at $26.
