Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria & Bar Announces Robert Caravaggio as New Executive Chef/Director of Operations
Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria & Bar is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Caravaggio as Executive Chef/Director of Operations of the restaurant. With more than 27 years of experience, East Coast native Caravaggio oversees all aspects of the restaurant’s operations including menus, costs and inventory control while utilizing the many talents he has in the kitchen. Caravaggio creates and prepares traditional and authentic Italian classics with an emphasis on fresh, quality ingredients.

Caravaggio’s love of cooking and ongoing dedication set the foundation for a successful career in Las Vegas, working throughout the years as an Executive Chef at restaurants such as Ferraro’s, Kahunaville Island Restaurant & Party Bar and Carmine’s Little Italy.
Most recently, Caravaggio served as Executive Kitchen Manager for The Cheesecake Factory in Summerlin and Henderson, where he oversaw kitchen operations and managed a team of more than 300 staff members.
