AMERICAN CUISINE AND CLASSIC COCKTAILS ARE CELEBRATED AT EMBERS GRILLE + SPIRITS
Paired Tasting Dinner April 4
Embers, a cozy neighborhood eatery and one of the newest additions to Summerlin’s Boca Park, gives its ode to American cuisine and cocktails with a multi-course dinner on Wednesday, April 4. Each delicious dish is paired with its own libation as diners are treated to five courses of new American cuisine and six perfectly paired cocktail classics for $100 per person, including tax and gratuity.
Previous paired dinners such as the recent bourbon and scotch themed feasts have attracted a great deal of interest and Embers recommends booking a spot early as space is expected to fill up quickly. Reservations are required and the dinner will begin at 7 pm.
Embers Grille + Spirits opened last September and quickly became a Summerlin neighborhood favorite with its approachable fare, modern atmosphere and welcoming staff. The independent restaurant and bar offers Angus steaks, ribs, seafood, new American classics, an accessible wine list and an extensive cocktail menu. Embers, located in Summerlin’s Boca Park, is open from 3 pm to 11 pm Monday –Thursday, 3 pm – 2 am on Friday and Saturday and from 1 pm to 11 pm on Sunday.
