Canal Street will be serving a three-course prix fixe meal for $42.00. Start the meal with bacon-wrapped dates and a house salad or cream of asparagus soup; choose from two entrees, Steak Au Poivre or a Lobster & Shrimp Duet, and finish the meal with a refreshing fruit tart. The Easter menu will be served from 5 pm – 10 pm.
The Prime Rib Loft will serve a three-course prix fixe meal for $30. Start the meal with a braised short rib-stuffed mushroom with horseradish cream fraiche and a choice of house salad or white bean & roasted tomato soup; select from two delectable entrees, rib-eye steak or seafood-stuffed salmon; and end the meal with strawberry shortcake. The Easter menu will be served from 5 pm – 10 pm.
Coasta Cantina will be serving a three-course prix fixe meal for $16.99, which includes a starter of mini beef taquitos accompanied by chicken tortilla soup or house salad; entrée choices of Salmon Puerto Vallarta or Chicken Alambre, and a mango flan dessert. The Easter menu will be served from 4 pm – 10 pm.
Courtyard Café will be serving a three-course prix fixe meal for $13.95, which includes soup or salad; entrée choices of New Zealand Baby Lamb Chops or Land & Sea special of New York Strip steak and three jumbo fried shrimp; and strawberry shortcake for dessert. The Easter menu will be served from 11 am – 10 pm.
French Market Buffet will feature special menu items on April 20 for Easter, including New York Sirloin of Beef plus more carving station favorites for $16.99 with a B Connected Card ($20.99 without a B Connected Card).

Oyster Bar will offer a special prix fixe menu option for Easter. For $19.99, choose from Jumbo Shrimp Pasta served over a bed of parpaddely pasta with lobster cream sauce or Sauteed Pacific Snapper with roasted pepper sauce and garlic mashed potatoes. Each meal comes with a salad to start and a white chocolate-filled egg with mango for dessert.
Café Siena will offer the selection of a leg of lamb or honey-glazed ham, both served with roasted potato wedges and vegetable du-jour for $12.99.
Coasta Cantina will serve a prix fixe menu option for Easter. For $19, select Costa Azul taco salad or Puerto Penasco seafood soup to start your meal; entrée selections include Pescado con Camarones el Pescador (sole fish fillet and sautéed shrimp) or Steak El Cazador (rib-eye steak) served alongside rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo. Finish the meal with Margarita Cheesecake or Tres Leches cake.
SC Prime will serve several prix fixe menu options for Easter. Entrée selections include Grilled Filet Mignon & Crispy Coconut Shrimp for $39, Rosemary Mustard-Crusted New Zealand Lamb Rack for $38 or Grilled Alaskan Salmon for $32. All entrees served with grilled Portobello mushroom soup, raspberry goat cheese salad, entrée-specific sides and a dessert of Black Forest Cake with raspberry drizzle and amaretto crème anglaise.
St. Tropez Buffet will offer three carving stations. At the American Station, get Herb-Crusted Prime Rib of Beef, Bone-in Glazed Ham and Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast; at the Seafood Station, get Broiled Herb Salmon and Mini-Seafood Wellington; and at the Mexican Station, get South-of–the-Border Skirt Steak and Roasted Chicken.
