On Thursday, Nov. 27, SLS Las Vegas offers prix-fixe Thanksgiving menus and more at select restaurants throughout the property. Guests can enjoy traditional holiday favorites as well as a variety of original takes on classic Thanksgiving dishes at Bazaar Meat by José Andrés and Cleo, or kick back and watch the day’s football games with burger, beer, and betting specials at Umami Burger, Beer Garden & Sports Book. Whether dining with family or catching up with friends, SLS Las Vegas offers one-of-a-kind holiday meals that will make guests feel right at home.

Bazaar Meat by José Andrés
Celebrate Thanksgiving “José’s way” with the James Beard award-winning chef’s special prix-fixe menu. This Thanksgiving, Bazaar Meat offers Wood-Fired Free-Range Turkey or Salt-Crusted Branzino served alongside traditional holiday sides such as Delmonico Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, stuffing and more. For dessert, guests can enjoy a delicious Pecan Tart and Pumpkin Pie. The prix-fixe menu is available for $75 per person excluding beverages, tax and gratuity. Cleo
Known for standout Mediterranean cuisine, Cleo at SLS Las Vegas offers guests a contemporary Thanksgiving feast served family-style. Menu items include Smoked Turkey Tagine served with apricot stuffing and rosemary alongside Roasted Pee Wee Potatoes and more. Guests can also enjoy Cleo’s signature dips served with laffa bread and a trio of desserts. The prix-fixe menu is available for $55 per person excluding beverages, tax and gratuity. Umami Burger, Beer Garden & Sports Book
Celebrate this Thanksgiving at Umami Burger, Beer Garden & Sports Book with football, friends and fantastic fare. Guests looking for a less traditional meal can enjoy festive specials including:
- Two for $20 Greenbird turkey burgers and Pumpkin Spice Latte Burgers, consisting of Umami Burger’s signature beef patty with garlic aioli, tempura Kabocha, spiced Mascarpone and a coffee glaze. Guests ages 21 and older receive a free $5 parlay card at the William Hill Sports Book with any burger purchase.
- $5 Smothered Fries with braised short rib and house gravy
