Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas transforms into the ultimate National Finals Rodeo (NFR) headquarters with themed menus, country music entertainment, viewing parties and room specials from Thursday, Dec. 1 to Saturday, Dec. 10. Hard Rock Hotel is an official NFR host hotel. The property will offer a live NFR feed at all casino bars and a free nightly shuttle service to and from the Thomas & Mack Center.

 

Within walking distance from NFR, locals and visitors alike can enjoy a western-themed Rodeo Breakfast Buffet ($17.99) at the 24-hour hotspot Mr. Lucky’s Café. Across the casino, Mexican cantina Pink Taco will offer rodeo dishes such as “Chicharron Style” Pork Belly Tacos ($4), Short Rib Enchiladas ($14), Mar y Tierra ($25) and Oaxacan Chicken Mole ($18). The property’s premier dining destination 35 Steaks + Martinis will feature a menu fit for rodeo fans including Bourbon Glazed Baby Back Ribs ($15) as an appetizer, and entrees including Double Cut Berkshire Pork Chops ($42) and Cowboy Surf and Turf ($75). Hard Rock Hotel’s newest brewpub Goose Island Pub will serve Beef Stroganoff Smothered Biscuits ($14). NFR cocktail specials will be available at all casino bars and include Honker ($5), made with Maker’s Mark, Cruzan Mango and lemon lime soda; Hazer ($5), a mix of Maker’s Mark, DeKuyper Mixologist Collection Ginger Liqueur and fresh apple juice; and Heller ($5), crafted with Maker’s Mark, Cruzan Black Cherry and Coke.

After two wildly successful performances last year, country music star Gary Allan returns to The Joint for two additional shows with special guests Chase Bryant and Lindsay Ell on Friday, Dec. 9 and Saturday, Dec. 10 at 9:30 p.m. Tickets start at $39.50 (plus applicable service fees).

 

Concertgoers can also enjoy shows at Vinyl including Mark Wills on Friday, Dec. 2 at 10 p.m. (tickets start at $25); Sam Riggs on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 10 p.m. (tickets start at $25); Thrillbilly Deluxe on Sunday Dec. 4 and Monday, Dec. 5 at 10 p.m. (no cover); CJ Simmons on Tuesday, Dec. 6 and Thursday, Dec. 8 at 10 p.m. (no cover); American Icon – A Tribute to Johnny Cash on Wednesday, Dec. 7 at 10 p.m. (tickets start at $10); and Seth Turner and the High Desert Drifters on Friday Dec. 9 and Saturday, Dec. 10 at 10 p.m. (no cover).

 

For the first time, Hard Rock Hotel will host the Bullfighters Only (BFO) Las Vegas Championship on Wednesday, Dec. 7 and Thursday, Dec. 8 at 1:30 p.m. and on Friday, Dec. 9 and Saturday, Dec. 10 at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The competition will take place on the property’s 3.1-acre lot, located adjacent to Hard Rock Hotel’s award-winning pool scene. A beer garden and games will also be available at the outdoor site. Tickets start at $25 and are on sale now.

 

The 2016 Tuff Fest, presented by Cowgirl Tuff, will take over Vanity Nightclub from Thursday, Dec. 1 to Saturday, Dec. 10. Attendees can shop two of the top leading brands in the western industry, Cowgirl Tuff Company and B. Tuff Jeans. Tuff Fest will also offer autograph signings by Tuff team members such as Lisa Lockhart, Kaleb Drigger, Kollin VonAhn, Angie Meadors, Sherrylynn Johnson, Jana Bean and Lauren Underwood. Shoppers will also have a chance to win $1,000 cash and a $1,000 shopping spree daily. Drawings will take place every day at 6:30 p.m.

 

Guests looking to stay and play on property can take advantage of the NFR hotel specials with weekday rates starting at $65 and weekend rates starting at $105 from Tuesday, Nov. 29 to Monday, Dec. 12.
