Four Days of St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations at J.C. Wooloughan’s Irish Pub – March 14-17
JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa brings the spirit of the Emerald Isle to Summerlin with four days of food and drink specials, music and Irish-themed festivities at J.C. Wooloughan’s Irish Pub.
Wednesday, March 14: Happy hour from 3 to 7 p.m. with $5 specials on Irish appetizers and 50 percent off Irish draft beer. Live music from Celtic Rockers at 7 p.m. No cover.
Thursday, March 15: Happy hour from 3 to 7 p.m. with $5 specials on Irish appetizers and 50 percent off Irish draft beer. Live music from Arms of America, the renowned U2 tribute band, at 8 p.m. No cover.
Friday, March 16: Happy hour from 3 to 7 p.m. with $5 specials on Irish appetizers and 50 percent off Irish draft beer. Live music from popular Las Vegas singer and songwriter Nick Mattera at 4 p.m.; Okay Jim at 9 p.m. No cover.
St. Patrick’s Day – Saturday, March 17: J.C. Wooloughan’s opens at 10 a.m. Live music from Las Vegas’ premier Irish band Finnegan’s Wake at 12 p.m. (JW Marriott Las Vegas patio); Nick Matera at 2 p.m. (pub); Celtic Rockers at 4 p.m. (patio); Arms of America at 9 p.m. (patio); Okay Jim at 9 p.m. (pub). $20 cover for full access to all venues involved in the celebration.
Pool Opening – Friday, March 9
JW Marriot Las Vegas Resort & Spa officially opens the 2012 pool season on Friday, March 9. The 11,000 square-foot pool is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in March and features a stunning waterfall and 12 private cabanas. Pool access is complimentary for hotel guests. Cabanas can be purchased at a full-day rate, half-day rate (only available after 1 p.m. on the day of attendance; cannot be reserved in advance) or a food and beverage minimum. The pool is also open to the public for the low cost of $10 per day for those age 12 and older and $5 per day for children ages 6 to 12. Children age 5 and younger are complimentary. Pool memberships for the season are also available. The pool will feature events throughout the season including “Dive-In Movies,” pool parties and other special promotions.
“Wine Down Wednesday” at Aquae Sulis Spa
Throughout March, guests can enjoy “Wine Down Wednesdays” at Aquae Sulis Spa inside JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa on Wednesday evenings from 5 – 8 p.m. Access to this relaxing happy hour alternative is $25 per person, providing guests with full access to the Aquae Sulis Spa. Amenities provided include access to the showers, saunas, pool and fitness center, mini manicures and wine. Both red and white wines will be available for guests and additional spa services can be purchased during this event.

Ceres Daily Breakfast Buffet
Guests can start their Las Vegas morning off right at the Ceres breakfast buffet throughout March. Buffet options include:
- Good Start Buffet: seasonal fresh fruit and berries, smoked salmon, cream cheese, oatmeal, cold cereal or house-made granola, yogurt, selection of breakfast breads, toast, bagels, muffins, juice and freshly brewed coffee and tea.
- All American Buffet: includes every item from the Good Start Buffet, as well as eggs cooked to order, waffles, daily meat selections, pancakes and French toast.

J.C. Wooloughan’s Irish Pub $14 Dinner Specials
Guests can enjoy a different dining special every night of the week in March at J.C. Wooloughan’s Irish Pub for just $14. Daily specials include the following:
- Monday: Chicken pot pie– chicken and vegetables cooked in a creamy veloute and baked in a pastry crust.
- Tuesday: Roasted prime rib of beef– 8 oz. prime rib with whipped potatoes, carrots, peas, beef jus and creamy horseradish.
- Wednesday: Irish night – ask your server about the weekly Irish dining special.
- Thursday: Roasted half chicken – seasoned with garlic and fresh herbs then roasted and served with whipped potatoes, buttered corn and chicken jus.
