Pool is Now Open, Season Passes Available for Las Vegas Locals

its 2013 pool season onFriday, March 8. JW Marriott Las Vegas poolThe 11,000 square-foot pool will start the season with daily hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (subject to weather), beginning March 29 the daily hours will be 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. until longer daylight hours and warmer weather return to the area later in the spring.

Recognized as the one of the top Waterfall Pools at the World’s Best Hotels by readers of Condé Nast Traveler Magazine, the resort’s pool offers complimentary access for all hotel guests, and features a stunning waterfall and 12 private cabanas. Las Vegas locals are also welcome to the JW Marriott Las Vegas pool with great prices on daily, monthly and seasonal passes.

Individual pool memberships are available for $100 a month or $300 for the entire season. Family memberships are available for $200 a month or $600 for the entire season. There are two family membership packages offered: two adults and up to three children or one adult and up to four children. Members of the JW Marriott Las Vegas pool also receive discounted cabana rates, based on availability, and 10 percent off all items on the Waterside Café Menu and all retail products. Memberships are not valid on holidays.

Daily pool passes are available Monday through Friday for $10 for those aged 16 and older and $5 for children ages 6 to 15. Children age 5 and younger receive complimentary entry into the pool area. Maximum of three children per adult will be allowed. Daily pool passes are not available on weekends and holidays.

All pool guests can also purchase regular and grand cabanas for a full-day rate, half-day rate or a food and beverage minimum. If guests choose the food and beverage minimum payment option, their cabana rate will be significantly reduced. Rates for cabanas are as follows:

 

Regular Cabanas:

  • · Monday – Thursday, full day rate: $150; or with $250 food and beverage minimum pay only $50
  • · Friday – Sunday, full day rate: $200; or with $350 food and beverage minimum pay only $50

 

Grand Cabanas:

  • · Monday – Thursday, full day rate: $250; or with $300 food and beverage minimum pay only $100
  • · Friday – Sunday, full day rate: $350; or with $450 food and beverage minimum pay only $100

 

Half-day rates are available from opening to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to closing at 50-percent off the above prices. Half-day reservations can only be made on the day of attendance and are based on availability.

Food and beverage minimums can be achieved by ordering from the pool’s Waterside Café menu. The Waterside Café offers a full drink menu of signature cocktails, classic beach drinks, non-alcoholic chillers and draft and bottled beers. Food items from the Waterside Café menu include traditional starters, salads, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, tacos and desserts.

JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa will also host numerous special events at the pool throughout the spring and summer, including Friday happy hours, pool parties and other promotions.

Beginning March 29, Friday Happy Hour at the JW Marriott Las Vegas pool features music and ½ price beer, frozen drinks and appetizers from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
