“Lev Restaurant Group is particularly aware of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities and we understand the importance of giving back to the community in which we live and work,” said Marisa Endy-Vanchieri, Director of Marketing and Community Relations. “The Lev Restaurant Group is named for Levin, our founder’s son, who was diagnosed with Down Syndrome. We are fully cognizant of the need for services for those with intellectual disabilities and these fundraisers help achieve that,” she said.

The Grant a Gift Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, was founded in 2009 out of the struggle encountered by a young mother whose son, Grant, was diagnosed with autism. The charity helps those up to 18 years of age on the autism spectrum and their families by addressing gaps in services. It offers diagnostic, treatment and support services, as well as quality-of-life programs that help to prepare those on the spectrum to live as independent adults and have a functioning role in our communities.

“We are so grateful for Lev Restaurant Group!” said Lynda Tache, Founder and Executive Director of the Grant a Gift Autism Foundation. “Because of their ongoing support and involvement with our organization and TeenWorks Vocational program, we have changed the lives of hundreds of children and families living with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. We could not do what we do without great community partners like them,” she added.
