Former World Champion and Mexican boxing superstar Canelo Alvarez (42-1-1, 30 KOs) returns to the ring Saturday, March 8 to face the fierce and rugged Alfredo “El Perro” Angulo (22-3, 18 KOs) in the headline attraction of a stacked four-fight event at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. PAC-12 MEN’S BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
The Pac-12 Men’s Basketball Tournament will return to the MGM Grand Garden Arena March 12 – 15. Some of the nation’s top men’s teams – including the University of Arizona, the current No. 3 team in the nation – will compete
for the Pac-12 Championship and an automatic berth in the national championship tournament. All tournament games will be televised nationally on the Pac-12 and FOX Sports 1Networks.

2014 ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS
The 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards (ACMs), honoring country music’s best, will broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena Sunday, April 6 at 8 p.m. live EST/delayed PST on CBS. Co-hosted by superstars Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan for the second consecutive year, this will be the ninth year the ACM Awards have been held at MGM Grand and the 12th year in Las Vegas.

Florida Georgia Line will host the 4th Annual ACM Fan Jam at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. This live remote location will give country music fans the ultimate pass to be a part of the ACMs. Throughout the three-hour telecast from MGM Grand, there will be live ACM Fan Jam performances, via remote, by Florida Georgia Line and other top-tier music acts.

ACM PRESENTS: AN ALL-STAR SALUTE TO THE TROOPS
The Academy of Country Music and dick clark productions will tape an all-star concert TV special at the MGM Grand Garden Arena Monday, April 7. The two-hour, star-studded concert will honor the country’s remarkable servicemen and women and include special moments and stories of incredible bravery and integrity. The event will feature performances by today’s top country acts including George Strait, Carrie Underwood, Florida Georgia Line and Lady Antebellum, among others, and will be broadcast Tuesday, May 20 on the CBS Television Network.

MANNY PACQUIAO VS. TIM BRADLEY JR.
In a battle of pound-for-pound titans undefeated two-division world champion Timothy “Desert Storm” Bradley (31-0, 12 KOs) will defend his World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight title against Fighter of the Decade Congressman Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao (55-5-2, 38 KOs). When Pacquiao and Bradley rumbled the first time in 2012 at MGM Grand, Bradley’s hand was raised via a controversial split decision, ending Pacquiao’s welterweight title reign as well as his seven-year, 15-bout winning streak. Destiny may have played a hand in their first battle, but it will be survival of the fittest that determines the winner of this exciting rematch. The one and only Cher will bring her 49-city North American tour, Dressed To Kill, to the MGM Grand Garden Arena Sunday, May 25. Cher’s previous tour, The Farewell Tour, later dubbed “The Never Can Say Goodbye Tour,” was one of the most successful tours ever by a solo artist. Cher played a record-breaking 325 dates in front of more than
5.5 million fans. GRAMMY, Emmy and Tony Award-winning artist Cyndi Lauper will join Cher on tour.

Justin Timberlake will bring The 20/20 Experience World Tour, his first tour in six years, back to the MGM Grand Garden Arena Friday, Aug. 8. In March 2013, the GRAMMY and Emmy Award-winning artist released The 20/20 Experience Part 1 of 2 which was certified double platinum in the U.S. and earned Timberlake the biggest first week sales for a male artist in five years. The platinum album has given Perry the biggest single of her career with “Roar,” while “Dark Horse” recently became her 13th Top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100. CSI: THE EXPERIENCE
The popular worldwide phenomenon is available at MGM Grand in the hometown of the original top-rated “CSI” television series – Las Vegas. A challenging and fun multi-sensory attraction, CSI: The Experience places guests in the role of crime scene investigator as they solve one of three true-to-life mysteries.
