Burger May-Nia
MICHAEL MINA’s PUB 1842 will celebrate National Burger Month the entire month of May. For $32, burger enthusiasts can enjoy “The Beast,” a delicious burger piled high with two Black Angus patties, Swiss cheese, onion rings and bacon and accompanied by a 33 oz. boot of Pilsner Urquell beer.

Anne Willan Book Signings
Chef Michael Mina’s BARDOT Brasserie will host a Mother’s Day weekend celebration featuring prominent author and founder of famed French cooking school La Varenne, Anne Willan, for book signings of two of her books: One Souffle at a Time and Secrets from the La Varenne Kitchen. Guests can join Ms. Willan for a special Saturday dinner service or Sunday brunch, both featuring specialty menus that include some of her signature dishes. Cocktail hour specials will be offered in the lounge during the book signings and books will be available for purchase.

This May, guests can let their taste buds travel to Italy, as they experience a three-course tasting menu. Il Fornaio’s Chef-Partner Gianpaolo Putzu a Sardinian native, created the menu to allow culinary aficionados to taste the simple and sustainable cooking of his homeland. A wine flight complete with three diverse Sella e Mosca selections also will be available.

VICE VERSA
VICE VERSA is now serving breakfast Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. The breakfast menu features small plates that change daily to ensure guests have a fresh variety of options throughout their stay. The drink menu offers VICE (alcoholic) and VERSA (non-alcoholic) options, in addition to sought-after breakfast beverages such as build-it-yourself bloody marys and mimosas.
VICE VERSA also has made changes to the Happy Afternoons menu. New menu items include: Rock Shrimp Lettuce Wraps, Mediterranean Falafel and Mini Brioche Sandwiches.
