In honor of National Hot Dog Day on July 23, The Wiener’s Circle at Red Rock Resort will feature “The Big Unit”, a two-foot long Vienna Beef hot dog named after the former Diamond Back’s pitcher Randy Johnson. For $20, The Wiener’s Circle version of the lengthy dog is nestled in between four buns and features the Chicago outpost’s traditional toppings including mustard, relish, onion, pickle, tomato, celery salt and sport peppers.
In addition to “The Big Unit” the hot dog stand will also feature buy one, get one of their signature Char Dogs.
