It’s all in the family when we celebrate like the boss – the “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro that is! Buddy V’s Ristorante inside Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is celebrating its sixth anniversary Jersey-style. Featuring a prix fixe a dinner menu, fans of the popular Italian restaurant can celebrate for one week Monday, Oct. 21 – Monday, Oct. 28. The sixth anniversary dinner is $40 per person, not including beverages, tax or gratuity.
The Anniversary Dinner includes:
Antipasto (Choice of)
Caesar Salad – parmesan, polenta croutons, classic dressing
Panzanella Salad – buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes, focaccia croutons
Tomato & Basil Soup – grana padana, focaccia croutons
Grandma’s Meatballs – beef, veal & pork, marinara, parmesan
Entrée (Choice of)
Chicken Parm – oven-baked provolone, mozzarella, spaghetti marinara
Grilled Salmon – Mediterranean chickpea & artichoke salad, roasted tomato vinaigrette, balsamic
Orecchiette & Italian Sausage – roasted tomatoes, broccolini, basil pesto, pecorino
My Dad’s Bucatini Carbonara – pancetta, cracked black pepper, egg
12 oz Prime NY Toscano ($10 supplement) – parmesan dusted potatoes, chili, garlic, lemon & herbs

Cannoli – cinnamon pastry, sweet ricotta cream, cocoa drops, pistachios
Tiramisu – marsala mascarpone cream, chocolate espresso cake, lady fingers
