Poppy Den by Chef Angelo Sosa Introduces New Happy Hour
Guests can enjoy $5 food and drink specials daily from 3-6 p.m.
As the temperatures in Las Vegas rise, Poppy Den by Chef Angelo Sosa offers a cool new happy hour from 3-6 p.m. Every day of the week, guests can enjoy a delicious selection of food and drink specials at $5 each.
“We found there are limited choices to enjoy happy hour at this time of day so we’re starting early,” says Chef Angelo Sosa. “We are always looking for new and innovative ways to captivate the palette and enhance our guests’ dining experience. From our Mixology Kit that allows you to create your own cocktail, exciting happy hours and soon a summer menu that I am currently working on.”
Chef Sosa selected a variety of dishes for the new happy hour like the refreshing Watermelon Salad with Goat Cheese, served with candied wasabi and extra virgin olive oil, the Mozzarella & Tomato Salad, comprised of basil and rosemary balsamic vinaigrette, Crispy Pork Dumplings, made with garlic vinegar, ginger, scallion and Sriracha, The General’s Chicken Wings and savory Meatballs & Tomato “My Style” made with basil and Parmesan cheese. Pair any of these mouth-watering dishes with a cold beer. Well and draft beers are also $5 each. The new happy hour is only available at the bar and patio areas.
Let the happiness continue! In addition to the new happy hour, ladies still drink free champagne and champagne cocktails during Poppy Den’s Champagne Happy Hour every day of the week from 5-6:30 p.m.
