Poppy Den Features Special Mother’s Day Menu

Show Mom how much she’s appreciated by treating her to the ultimate dining experience at Poppy Den. Chef Angelo Sosa has created a special Mother’s Day menu to include free champagne and roses for moms.
“Mother’s Day is the perfect opportunity to shower mom with love…and good food,” says Angelo Sosa of Poppy Den. “This is ‘her’ day to indulge, we’ll help make it memorable.”
Chef Angelo Sosa has created a special àla carte menu for Mother’s Day that features dishes rich in flavor like the Chilled Watermelon Gazpacho as the complimentary Amuse Bouche. Appetizers include Heirloom Tomato Salad with Goat Cheese and Candied Wasabi or Crab Salad with Kimchee Bread Crumbs & Yuzu. For entrée selections, guests can enjoy Seared Tuna with Sesame Crust and Wilted Pea Tendrils or Slow Roasted Coconut Chicken with Charred Corn and Thai Basil. Mother’s Day wouldn’t be complete without dessert and champagne! Mothers can enjoy free champagne and champagne cocktails, Tableside Beer Floats and Wild Berries and Strawberry Sorbet. Each mom that visits Poppy Den will also receive a complimentary rose.
In addition to the Mother’s Day menu, the full menu will also be available. Children 12 and under receive complimentary soft drinks and can enjoy Poppy Den’s children’s menu, Little Poppy.
