RAGTAG ENTERTAINMENT PRESENTS A HOLIDAY CABARET AND TOY DRIVE BENEFITTING GOLDEN RAINBOW FRIDAY, DEC. 21
Entertainment company is accepting unwrapped toys for Golden Rainbow families at Holiday Cabaret
Just in time for the Winter Solstice, Golden Rainbow teams up with RagTag Entertainment for a Holiday Cabaret and Toy Drive at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 21 at the Center for Spiritual Living (1420 E. Harmon Ave.). The cabaret features performers from “Bite,” “FANTASY,” “Nunsense,” “HAIR” and “5th Avenue.” Admission is $10 and guests are encouraged to bring one unwrapped, unopened toy for the drive. Tickets can be purchased at the door. All donated items benefit children of Golden Rainbow families affected by HIV/AIDS.
RagTag Entertainment has partnered with Golden Rainbow on several benefit productions including “RENT,” “Side by Side by Sondheim,” “Sweeney Todd” and “Take Off With Us: A Tribute to Bob Fosse.” The group is also a regular in the nonprofit’s annual fundraiser “Ribbon of Life.” The organization has raised more than $18,000 to date for Golden Rainbow.
