Registration Now Open for 2017 Bowl 4 The Kids Event to Raise Funds for Kids

Registration is now open for the 2017 Bowl 4 The Kids, an annual fun bowling event that raises funds to support Cure 4 The Kids Foundation’s Charity Care Program.
Bowl 4 The Kids will take place on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at the Strike Zone Bowling Center inside Sunset Station, 1301 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, NV.
All bowlers – from novice to professional – are invited to participate in this event and can register online at http://cure4thekids.org/bowl-4-the-kids. The cost of the event is $25 which includes three games of bowling, a commemorative t-shirt, pizza, drinks and other fun treats. Patients of the Children’s Specialty Center and the Hemophilia Treatment Center of Nevada can bowl for free, but must pre-register. All participants must register by July 30, 2017 to receive a commemorative Bowl 4 The Kids t-shirt on bowling day.
This event supports Cure 4 The Kids Foundation’s Charity Care program, which ensures that all children who are in need of specialized treatment at the Children’s Specialty Center or the Hemophilia Treatment Center are never turned away because they cannot pay for treatment or do not have medical insurance.
“Receiving treatment for childhood cancer or bleeding disorders can be astronomically expensive. At Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, it’s our mission to make sure no child is turned away from treatment because their family can’t afford it,” said Annette Logan, Cure 4 The Kids Foundation CEO. “This event, along with many other fundraisers we hold throughout the year, have allowed us to provide about $7 million dollars worth of treatment to those who could not afford it since 2007. Fundraisers allow us to do that.”
In addition to bowling, there will also be a raffle, silent auction and bake sale to raise even more funds for the Charity Care Program. There will also be special activities for kids including face-painting, balloon animals by the extraordinary Tawney Bubbles and roving characters!
