Review/Photos: Poppy Den Vegas by Chef Angelo Sosa!

Poppy Den

Next time you go to Tivoli Village you HAVE to try Chef Angelo Sosa’s Poppy Den Vegas. This is a great restaurant with an awesome menu and incredible food. Vegas24Seven.com visitied Poppy Den Vegas on a Friday night and right away you could tell that this was a happening place. The bar at the entrance had a great feel with just the right volume of bumping music and a nice looking drink and wine list. We chose to dine inside with a great view of the lights, sights and sounds of Tivoli Village. There were lots of people dining outside amid the bustle of the courtyard as well.

The service was absolutely fantastic during the entire dining experience. Our server Justin explained everything wonderfully and was very attentive. Chef Angelo prepared us a feast of green papaya salad, edamame, chili crab toast, eggplant, tofu curry, roasted duck breast and panna cotta for dessert. Everything was incredible! The Chef takes every dish on the menu and puts his personal spin on it to create a unique dining experience. Vegas24Seven.com highly recommends Poppy Den Vegas and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Kudos Chef Angelo Sosa!
