Rosina, an elegant and luxurious cocktail retreat, is now open at The Palazzo® Las Vegas, located off the casino floor near the guest elevators. This intimate retreat celebrates the classic cocktail, boasting a menu of beloved originals, crafted in the highest quality, and served in an environment that embodies seductive glamour.
The all-new bar showcases a world-class cocktail experience featuring a meticulous attention to detail, as most classics are, from the setting to the drinks. Guests are invited to enjoy Rosina’s old-school allure with its Art Deco flair, all in this 65-seat cocktail sanctuary complete with shimmering shades of black, pearl, gold and rich burgundy.
Featuring a stunning façade of solid brass molding and custom-shaped glass resembling a faceted jewelry box, the 1,100-square foot bar offers an intimate experience with a touch of classic luxury. To round out the décor, guests’ eyes will draw toward the warm and opulent crystal chandeliers that hang above rich maroon u-shaped banquettes found on each side of the bar, as well as high-top tables with rich burgundy colored chairs punctuated with brass-colored rivets and small cocktail tables paired with pearl colored leather chairs spread throughout the lounge area.
Rosina’s attention to even the smallest of details is showcased in the bar’s most innovative feature, a “Champagne Call Button” that allows pleasure seekers to simply top off their flute with the push of a button, as well as an added touch of flair with its handcrafted “R” embossed ice – perfect for all cocktail aficionados. Guests are able to imbibe with classic cocktail favorites such as the Daiquiri, French 75, Mai Tai, Old Fashioned, Seasonal Fix, and more. Pro tip: guests are encouraged to ask any Rosina bartender or cocktail server for special off-menu cocktails.
To complement the cocktail experience, Rosina features a curated soundtrack of soul, classic R&B, and reggae with hints of sultry jazz and blues. Guests can expect to hear the stylings of timeless artists including Nina Simone, Al Green, Marvin Gaye, Lauryn Hill, and Maxwell, while enjoying classic cocktails in a refined setting.
