SATURDAY, NOV. 18, JOIN “SOUND CHECK 2,” A SILENT RAVE FOR CHARITY, ABOARD THE LAS VEGAS MONORAIL
Proceeds to benefit National Association of the Deaf
Following the success of its inaugural event earlier this year, music-goers and fans of the popular “silent disco” events are invited to experience “Sound Check 2,” a silent rave inside a Las Vegas Monorail train. The versatile and convenient Las Vegas Strip transportation company has teamed up with nightlife enthusiasts YAYFRIENDS! to offer an on-train private disco dance party where attendees wear headphones that tune into the DJ’s spinning tracks. Two stages will be set up in the train, with two DJs playing simultaneously. An “End of the Line” after-party on platform 2 of the SLS Las Vegas Monorail Station will follow the event. Sound Check 2 aboard the Monorail is an all-ages party; the after-party is for ages 21 and over only.
Proceeds from this event will be donated to the National Association of the Deaf. Sound Check was developed to provide the ability for the hearing impaired to restore music in their lives while enriching the local music community. More than 200 participants are expected to join the event.
