Somerpointe Resorts and Tahiti Village is proud to welcome Steven Zappanti as the new Executive Chef of Tahiti Joe’s at the Tahiti Village resort. A San Diego native, Zappanti is a self-taught chef with more than 24 years of culinary experience. Zappanti is joining a talented Tahiti Joe’s team, including newly-hired Food & Beverage Director Charleen Mairs, in the expansion and development of the unique, one-of-a-kind Tahitian menu and experience.

Located on the Las Vegas Strip and in the Tahitian paradise of Tahiti Village, Tahiti Joe’s will feature a fun and hip tapas menu with a Pacific Rim and Hawaiian fusion along with traditional fare of pizzas, burgers and chef specials.
