In celebration of Election Day, SPANK! The Fifty Shades Parody is offering a “Presidential” deal for citizens who have performed their patriotic duty by voting in the 2012 Presidential Election. All guests who present their “I Voted” sticker to the Rio Box Office will receive 50% off tickets to SPANK! The Fifty Shades Parodyat the Crown Theater inside Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.
In addition, the show will commemorate Veterans Day, by offering 50% off tickets to all retired and active military personnel and their families, with a valid military ID. An original and ingenious take on what has become one of the most popular books in the world, SPANK! The Fifty Shades Parody premieres at the Crown Theater inside Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, beginning Tuesday, Nov. 6.
SPANK! The Fifty Shades Parody is written and directed by Jim Milan, whose credits include “The Kids in the Hall,” “Larry King Standing Up,” “Marijuanalogues with Tommy Chong” and “Mythbusters Live.” The new show is a musical parody of “Fifty Shades of Grey,” the risqué novel which recently surpassed “Harry Potter” to become the fastest-selling paperback of all time. Part Second City, part Thunder from Down Under, SPANK! delivers big laughs, sexy fun and lots of surprises.
SPANK! The Fifty Shades Parody will be performed at Crown Theater inside Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino from Tuesday, Nov. 6 – Saturday, Nov. 10. All shows begin at 10 p.m. Tickets are available for $39 and $49 plus tax and applicable fees. Tickets can be purchased at riolv.com, by phone at 702-777-7776 or at the Rio Box Office. Nevada residents with a valid ID receive 25% off. Guests must be 18 years or older.
