Easter Menus at Top of the World, McCall’s Heartland Grill
& Stratosphere Buffet
Celebrate Easter on Sunday, April 20 at Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower with a variety of exciting menus designed under the direction of Executive Chef Rick Giffen, including specialty items for Easter brunch and dinner at the award-winning Top of the World Restaurant located 106 floors above the famous Las Vegas Strip, McCall’s Heartland Grill, and the Stratosphere Buffet.
“We invite families and good friends to spend the holiday with us at Stratosphere and enjoy our decadent menu items inspired by spring,” said Giffen.
Top of the World Restaurant
Easter Brunch will feature caramelized brioche French toast and roasted banana topped with fresh raspberries, lemon vanilla mascarpone cream and semi-sweet chocolate with maple syrup for $25. There is also a vegetarian baby fingerling potatoes and herb frittata special, accompanied by asparagus, roasted shallot and goat cheese, with field greens and balsamic vinaigrette for $25. The regular Top of the World Sunday Brunch Menu will also be available.
Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Easter Dinner will offer guests a gourmet mixed grill Surf & Turf that includes: a Petit filet mignon & peppercorn sauce, Colorado lamb loin with mint chimichurri and baby Canadian lobster with citrus butter, served with sautéed asparagus, baby carrot, cipollini onion, and potato cake for $79. The regular Top of the World dinner menu will also be available.
Dinner is served from 11:00 a.m. to 11 p.m.

McCall’s Heartland Grill
Guests will enjoy a special Easter chef’s trio that includes: char grilled petite filet of beef with red wine reduction, sautéed prawns with blood orange chili Beurre Blanc, and applewood smoked New Zealand lamb chops with rosemary jus served with sautéed asparagus and whipped ranch potatoes for $45. McCall’s regular menu will also be available.

The Buffet at Stratosphere
The Buffet will offer an amazing variety of specialty Easter selections that include prime rib au jus, rosemary roasted leg of lamb, peach glazed ham, country mashed potatoes and gravy, buttermilk biscuits, herb roasted pork chops with caramelized apples, grilled fresh salmon Florentine, and fresh spring vegetables for $20.99, per person. Regular buffet items will also be available. A Champagne brunch is also served from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Stratosphere Buffet is open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
