Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower Hiring for New Restaurant
Now accepting applications online at acepcareers.com
Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower is now accepting applications online for newly created full and part-time food & beverage jobs as the property prepares to open a new steak and seafood restaurant, McCall’s Heartland Grill.
Front and back of the house positions at the new restaurant are available, including: cooks, restaurant servers, bus persons, bartenders, bar backs, hosts and VIP hosts/beverage servers.
Qualified candidates must apply online at Stratosphere parent company American Casino & Entertainment Properties’ employment website, acepcareers.com.
McCall’s Heartland Grill will be located just off the casino floor, and feature a coastal yet Midwestern-inspired menu created by Stratosphere Executive Chef Rick Giffen. Stratosphere Vice President of Food & Beverage Matthew Mascali helped co-create the new restaurant’s concept, theme and feel.
The opening of the new restaurant is part of an ongoing re-imagination of the iconic property. Stratosphere, Casino Hotel & Tower unveiled a sweeping $20 million renovation in January 2011 that included more than 900 newly remodeled “Stratosphere Select” guest rooms, updates to the casino floor, a new VIP area and valet off Las Vegas Boulevard. Less than a year later, the property introduced a new headline show Frankie Moreno Live at Stratosphere and revamped its 336-seat second floor theater.
McCall’s Heartland Grill is slated to open Fall 2012.
