Waffle Bar Las Vegas’ new Tivoli Village location is now open featuring an expanded menu offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bringing authentic, traditional Belgian recipes to the valley, the menu features an innovative take on Belgian waffles with over a dozen variations from savory to sweet.
“It’s an honor to share the traditional recipes of my family with Las Vegas and bring our creative ideas to life in our new location,” said founder and CEO Pierre Keyser. “Guests will experience Belgian waffles in a whole new way with new items for breakfast, lunch and dinner.”
Inspired by the original Liège waffle recipes first created in Eastern Belgium in the 1800s, Waffle Bar’s Belgian Liège waffles are made from high-quality ingredients including a house-made dough and a variety of fine imported ingredients from Belgium. Each waffle contains authentic Belgian pearl sugar which caramelizes when baked for ultimate flavor.
Now serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests can experience belgian waffles in a whole new way with menu items including the “Waffle Bar berry delight” made with mixed berries whipped cream and powdered sugar; the “Waffle Bar margherita pizza” with fresh basil and mozzarella di latte and marinara; and the “Waffle Bar burger” served with a fresh beef patty, cheese, lettuce and tomato, with many more options to choose from. Guests can also enjoy homestyle soups and salads, crepes, and different styled omelets.
