3RD STREET STUDIO LV OPENS IN DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS

Downtown boutique studio, 3rd Street Studio LV is now available to artists and small businesses for booking photography sessions, art shows, workshops, and events. With over 1,100 square-feet of studio space aiming to help support local creative entrepreneurs in their passionate pursuits, 3rd Street Studio LV is a new kid on the block revitalizing the Downtown Arts District. Bringing three businesses to Third Street, the studio is now home to both Paula McCartney Photography and Juliana Goldberg’s The Boudoir Club while remaining an open space available for rent to eligible clients.
Known in the world of boudoir photography for her tasteful imagery and extreme attention to details, Juliana Goldberg shared her vision of the space with friend and fellow photographer, Paula McCartney when “everything just went off like a light bulb and felt so right.” Both photographers believe their business relationship reflects a special bond of friendship and collaboration that, according to Paula, makes the three-fold studio feel “like a place that people [would] love to have a feel good experience, not just for photographs…but for memories.” Co-founders and co-owners Juliana and Paula operate their own businesses in the shared space while offering a convenient location for other artists and photographers to showcase their talents.

Following a sensational April 27th Grand Opening, these enthusiastic business partners collaboratively consult with each and every interested client prior to booking tenancy now available for rent for First Fridays and other events by the hour. What sets 3rd Street Studio LV apart from other studios is its large store-front windows permeating the space with an entire day’s worth of natural light. Expansive white walls, a private dressing room, and contemporary furniture make it capacious and fantastic for art displays, installations, and photography sessions. Located on the corner of 3rd Street and Imperial Avenue, street-front parking is available as well as a larger parking area behind the studio. Current visiting hours are by appointment only.
