ANNOUNCES LAS VEGAS RESTAURANT WEEK MENU

A Portion of Each Multi-course, Prix-Fixe Menu Sold June 15 through June 26
to Benefit Three Square Food Bank

Alizé at the Top of the Palms Casino Resort is announcing its menu for Las Vegas Restaurant Week taking place June 15 to June 26. The menu will be a multi-course, prix-fixe menu to benefit Three Square Food Bank. A portion of each meal sold during Restaurant Week will be donated to Three Square to help in its fight to end hunger in Southern Nevada.

This year’s exclusive menu pays homage to Chef Andre Rochat who celebrates his 35th year since his groundbreaking eponymous restaurant opened in Downtown Las Vegas, becoming the city’s first freestanding fine dining restaurant. The menu showcases favorite dishes of not only Chef Andre but also longtime guests. Guests will be able to select one from each of the following courses:

Appetizer
– Ring of Roma Tomato Salad with Goat Cheese and Balsamic Vinaigrette
– French Onion Soup Gratinée
– Escargot de Bourgogne

Main Course
– Petit Filet of Beef with Braised Endive and Cognac-Green Peppercorn Sauce
– Pan Roasted Chicken Breast with Truffled Potatoes, Bouquetière of Vegetables with Chablis Chicken Jus
– Sautéed Salmon Oscar, Braised Asparagus, King Crab Leg, Béarnaise Sauce

The delectable meal concludes with Andre’s Lemon Tart with Raspberry Sauce created by Pastry Chef Tammy Alana.
