ANDRE’S BISTRO & BAR TO LAUNCH NEW LUNCH EXPERIENCE ON MAY 22

Beginning May 22, the award-winning Andre’s Bistro & Bar will launch a new lunch experience, its À La Minute Menu. From guests on the go to those searching for a great location for a lunch meeting, the new menu is designed to fit all timetables and tastes.

“We listened to our guests and understand their needs change from day to day. One day they want to grab and go. The next – they need to have a business lunch complete with a comfortable ambience and a glass of wine to accompany their dish. We’ve a special custom menu that may easily be enjoyed in our dining room or taken back to the office. We always wanted to be a gift to the neighborhood and this menu expands on offerings and our ability to meet the demands of the business customers in the area” says Joseph Marsco, managing partner, Stacked Hospitality – Andre’s Bistro & Bar’s parent company.

The menu is a blend of delectable dishes showcasing Andre’s impeccable culinary skills ranging from Plats du Jour to quick – yet delicious – salads and wraps:

Baguettes

  • Porchetta and Raclette Cheese with Dijon and onions
  • Hot Ham and Cheese with Jambon de Paris and truffle cheddar cheese
  • Roasted Chicken Breast with Cajun aioli, sundried tomatoes, arugula and Havarti cheese
  • Andre’s Cuban with pork tenderloin, Jambon de Paris, Gruyere cheese, cornichon relish and whole grain mustard

Ciabattas, Wraps and Croissants

  • Mediterranean Vegetable with basil pistou and Raclette cheese
  • Turkey Club with hickory smoked bacon, oven roasted turkey, avocado, butter lettuce, marinated heirloom tomatoes and aioli
  • Tuna Niçoise with seared ahi tuna, green beans, olives, sun dried tomatoes, butter lettuce and wrapped in a flour tortilla
  • Artichoke and Chicken Salad with grilled artichokes, poached chicken, toasted almonds and truffle dressing

Specialty Dishes

  • Lobster Roll with Maine lobster, blue crab herb aioli on a toasted roll
  • E.B.L.T with fried farm egg, crispy bacon, beefsteak tomato, butter lettuce and tarragon butter
  • Bistro Dog with sautéed onion, Dijon and house relish
  • Charcuterie and Cheese with daily selection of imported charcuterie and cheese, cornichons and Dijon mustard
  • Quiche du Jour

Salads

  • Cobb Salad with baby whole-leaf lettuce, hard-boiled egg, avocado, tomato, Roquefort, bacon, grilled chicken and red wine vinaigrette
  • Caesar Salad with romaine, croutons, Parmigiano Reggiano, anchovy and Caesar dressing
  • Tomato and Burrata with marinated heirloom tomatoes, stone fruit, burrata cheese and sherry vinaigrette
  • Crudités with assorted vegetables, herb aioli and eggplant hummus

Soups

  • French Onion Soup with toasted baguette and Gruyere
  • Soup du Jour

Plats du Jour

  • Sausage Roll du Jour with a selection of sauce and dressings (changes regularly.)
  • Muffuletta with ham, salami, provolone, olive salad and pickled vegetables
  • Bánh Mì with House made sausage, Jambon de Paris, country pâté, carrot slaw, herb mayo
  • Coq au Vin braised in red wine, pearl onions, mushrooms, bacon and chicken jus
  • Beef Bourguignon braised in red wine, bacon, mushrooms and pearl onions
