ARIA, MGM Grand and Bellagio Among Top 10
Most Popular U.S. Hotel Brands on Facebook
ARIA(#4), MGM Grand (#8) and Bellagio (#9) are three of the most “liked” U.S. hotel brands within the “Hotel” category on Facebook. By creating relevant, engaging and timely information, these three Las Vegas resorts achieved high rankings within a list dominated by large hotel groups.
“Facebook has provided us a platform to share the ARIA story and personally connect with hundreds of thousands from around the world,” said Julie Hoffmann, director of Marketing for ARIA. “We attribute our success to understanding that we are here to listen, interact and build relationships with our fans. Of the top 10 “Hotel” category Facebook pages, ARIA has the largest number of “People Talking About This” (PTAT) score, making it the most engaging on the list with almost 30,000 engagements during the last week. Holiday Inn was the next highest PTAT score of the top 10 hotels, followed by Bellagio.
ARIA and Bellagio also stacked up well on the worldwide “Hotel” list based on “likes.” Both making it in the top 10, ARIA ranked #6 while Bellagio ranked #9.
