Lagasse’s Stadium® at The Palazzo® Las Vegas is teaming with distinctive Chicago-based brewery, Goose Island Beer Co., to host a five-course beer pairing dinner featuring a selection of classic craft beverages. The menu is priced at $55 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity) and will feature the following pairings*:
Organic baby arugula and toasted pecans tossed in lemon champagne vinaigrette with fresh black berries and crumbled goat cheese
Matilda (Belgian Style Pale Ale)
Spicy salmon sushi roll, pickled ginger, wasabi and wakame seaweed salad with ponzu dipping sauce
Kirin
Green chili marinated shrimp on Andouille sausage jambalaya
with creole tomato glaze and crystal fried onion crust
Sofie (Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale)
Grilled filet of beef and asparagus on celery root puree with
red wine demi-glace

Grilled peaches with vanilla honey whipped mascarpone cheese,
raspberry coulis and toasted almonds
