Back-to-school hair tips from Pureology expert Ruth Roche

To inspire your new back-to-school tresses, Pureology Artistic Ambassador Ruth Roche shares her Fall 2016 trend predictions and expert tips:

• FRINGE, FRINGE, FRINGE! – “Long, heavy fringes that sit just below the eyebrow will be huge this fall. The look works with all types of cuts. For something new that contrasts with all of the natural texture we are seeing, create sleek fringes using Pureology Smooth Perfection Style + Care Infusion before blow-drying. Once dry, use a flat iron to straighten hair for a chic look!”

 

• CURLY WITH FRINGE + LAYERS – “Be brave! Embrace both the fringe trend and your natural curl. It’s time. Medium length hair with layers and a heavy fringe is a new trend for curly girls. • WHEN IN DOUBT, AIR DRY IT – “For the ultimate in ‘don’t care hair’, let your natural texture be the star by allowing it to just ‘be’. To make sure you get an even amount of product from roots to ends, divide your hair into three sections: top, middle and bottom. Clip the top and middle sections out of the way.
