WHAT: Bagatelle Restaurant & Supper Club will debut its internationally acclaimed Champagne brunch soiree with two special parties, featuring music by renowned DJ Stan Courtois and performances by Natty Rico Sax, Lucent Dossier, and other special guests. The most coveted reservation in New York, Los Angeles and St. Barth’s, Bagatelle Brunch offers a variety of specialty cocktails and South of France culinarydelights.

Signature brunch items, courtesy of Executive Chef John Zamarchi, include Pancakes Bagatelle (buttermilk pancakes, banana foster); Eggs Bagatelle (smoked salmon, American caviar); Eggs Benedict (Canadian bacon, spinach, hollandaise sauce); Lobster Omelet (Maine lobster, asparagus, tomato, boursin cheese); Scottish Salmon Scramble (smoked Scottish salmon, American caviar, toast) and more.
