Fodor’s, the leading name in travel guides, announced today that Bellagio Resort & Casino has been recognized as a 2012 Fodor’s 100 Hotel Award winner in the Global Icon category. This distinction designates Bellagio as an Outstanding Hotel as selected by Fodor’s editors and travel experts, recognizing high style, excellent service and a one-of-a-kind stay for guests.
For the 2012 list, the Fodor’s staff evaluated a list of more than 4,000 nominations to select the winning hotels that fall within nine categories representing the year’s global travel trends:
