New Outdoor Patio Provides Gorgeous Views of Iconic Fountains of Bellagio
As the sweltering summer gives way to a warm and sultry autumn, Picasso introduces Las Vegas’ most idyllic location for enjoying an al fresco gourmet meal. Picasso’s stunning new outdoor patio overlooks the Fountains of Bellagio, one of the city’s most iconic attractions. For more than a decade, Bellagio has offered guests the opportunity to indulge in cuisine seasonally prepared with Spanish influence by James Beard Award-winning Executive Chef Julian Serrano while sitting among Picasso’s masterpieces inside the restaurant. Guests now can enjoy Chef Serrano’s renowned fare outdoors while taking in views of the Las Vegas Strip.
The outdoor patio will be open year-round with 16 tables, accommodating 56 guests. Based on seasonal changes, cool misters or heat lamps will be available for guest comfort. Reservations for this exclusive dining location are strongly recommended.

Seasonal dishes such as Maine Lobster Salad garnished with apple-champagne vinaigrette, Sautéed Filet of Black Bass with cauliflower mousseline and saffron sauce and Roasted Tournedo Loin of Colorado Lamb seasoned with pisto, mint aioli and tempura zucchini flower are just samples of options available on the Picasso menu. A sommelier also is available to enhance the experience with a recommendation from Picasso’s award-winning wine list.
