Henderson Dining Destination is Blossoms Into Celebrity-Driven Hot Spot Under Leadership of Daniel Hackett
Blume Kitchen & Cocktails is being reintroduced to the Henderson community under new ownership this winter. Daniel Hackett, a once Managing Partner turned sole owner, brings his luxury food & beverage expertise to infuse the restaurant with a new sense of life. Consulting Chef and Partner Antonio Nunez is bringing his culinary prowess to offer a more refined, revamped menu. The chic interior features tufted seating, adorned with jewels and in hues of royal blue, served alongside a new menu and nightly programming that has since been introduced. Adjacent to the restaurant lives a posh lounge, where guests can enjoy live music, as well as hookah and bottle service, with a deejay performing six nights per week.
“I want to fuse a Las Vegas Strip experience with a Scottsdale supper club vibe and bring it off the Strip,” said Hackett. “Pair that with a live deejay six nights per week, a refined late night dinner menu, and top-notch service. That’s exactly what patrons can expect when dining at Blume Kitchen & Cocktails.”
Hackett brings his expertise in food & beverage consulting for upscale brands such as Diamond Resorts, White Chocolate Grill, and BLK Live, where he mastered best practices and brings his Scottsdale nightlife flair. He has since turned Blume Kitchen & Cocktails into a celebrity hot spot, frequented by mega star celebrities such as Cardi B to professional athletes such as Floyd Mayweather and James Harden. Many others can be spotted any night of the week.
“When redesigning the menu, I decided to merge classic American staples with steakhouse and seafood options that elevate the dining experience,” said Nunez. “With new additions such as a raw bar, caviar, steaks, and lobster, the dining experience has completely evolved since the restaurant’s relaunch.”
Nunez adds his whimsical influence to the restaurant’s new menu, with standout items including Duck Confit Enchiladas ($28), TV Dinner ($33), Vegan Meat and Cheese Platter ($18), and Foie Gras ($24). The menu will rotate seasonally, and happy hour is offered daily from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Champagne Wishes & Caviar Dreams special that includes a bottle of bubbles and one ounce of traditionally-served caviar for $80.
Blume Kitchen & Cocktails is located at 3145 St. Rose Pkwy Suite 120, Henderson NV, with dinner served nightly from 5:00 p.m. to midnight.
